Popcorn Skate Store postage is determined by the value of your order. For domestic orders within the UK valued at under £40.00 you will pay £2.95, or £4.95 for an express service. UK orders valued over £ attract no extra postage charge. Please see below for all international orders.

All orders accepted by Popcorn Skate Store for products confirmed as "in-stock" will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of ordering, subject to your payment being authorised and barring system failure. Should items be held in a location other than our mail-order warehouse we reserve the right to hold your order pending their transfer, should these delays be expected to take longer than 24 hours you will be contacted by email. For "pre-order" or "not in stock" items please take note of the availability dates and information on the relevant product pages.

Our deliveries are made by the Royal Mail and Parcelforce, depending on your selected shipping rate. Deliveries will require a signature from the address the parcel is sent to, prior to the parcel being released. Please note that we require a signature for tracking purposes and cannot honour any request to leave a parcel at your desired location without one. Should no-one be available to sign for the parcel it will be taken back to your local distribution centre and/or post office, and a calling card left. This card will detail where the parcel is being stored and provide a contact telephone number so you can rearrange delivery for a more convenient date or time, or request redirect to another address - please note that for security reasons proof of address or photo I.D. may be required when collecting parcels from our couriers.

Should a delivery attempt fail, any returns costs incurred due to parcels being returned to us by Royal Mail or Parcelforce for failure to collect or an incorrect address will be met by the customer. If you are unable to collect the parcel within the time stated for any reason, please inform us so we can arrange alternative methods of delivery.

Due to changes in our courier's policy, Parcelforce will now attempt to leave undelivered orders with a neighbour. If customers do not wish for this to be done, they need to state this in the Special Instructions section when ordering.

International Deliveries

Popcorn welcomes all international orders. To check availability please email For any orders off mainland UK which are over 1.2 kg, there will be a surcharge of £6.00.

Due to the quantity of International interest, we have now introduced standard tariffs for our friends in Europe.

Zone 1 is priced at £9.95. This includes Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. This is usually a 2-3 day service. For heavier items an additional surcharge per kilogram will be emailed to the customer for acceptance.

Zone 2 is priced at £15.95. This includes Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Jersey, Guernsey, Channel Islands and Eire. This is usually a 3-4 day service. For heavier items an additional surcharge per kilogram will be emailed to the customer for acceptance.

Any orders outside of these zones will be emailed their surcharge for acceptance. Please note that if you select domestic UK delivery rates for international orders you will be charged at the standard rate for your international location - if you're not sure which to select, don't worry, we'll be happy to charge you at the appropriate rate.

Due to the current risk of credit card fraud no deliveries are currently being accepted to Indonesia, Morocco and Nigeria.

Please note that international shipping will be offered solely at the discretion of Popcorn's management team.

To Order

Items marked 'To Order' are available through, with varying delivery dates. Items with this mark are kept in-stock by our regular suppliers, from whom we receive frequent deliveries. In the case of orders containing these items credit cards are not charged (and cheques are not banked) until the goods have been delivered by our suppliers, and are in our warehouse awaiting dispatch. Customer requesting Express Delivery for these items, please note that transit times for these delivery services are from date of dispatch and not receipt of order.

Stock Varies

Due to high demand and fluctuating stocks, this item (although usually in-stock) can sell out quickly due to activity in our retail stores or online. If a item goes out of stock prior to your order being fulfilled our customer service staff will contact you with details of the date we expect to be able to fulfil your order or details of similar products that are available from stock. Frequently, we will offer new or popular items on a Pre-Order basis. This allows collectors to be assured that they will have an item reserved for them when they arrive in stock. We set aside a quantity of items for pre-ordering, and often offer these items at a reduced rate for people whom wish to order in advance. Pre-ordering allows customers the confidence that they will receive their items as soon as we receive stocks, and that they will not be charged for these items until they are ready for dispatch.

Due to the nature of pre-orders we are however forced to issue some additional terms and conditions which relate to those items pre-ordered:

  1. All pre-order items are subject to manufacturers delay, availability, and allocation. These matters are completely in the hands of the manufacturers and are unable to accept any liability for any inconvenience caused by changes to lines, availability dates or initial shortage of supplies. In the case of orders for single items we reserve the right to alter pre-order prices and or terms of purchase provided written notice is given to all customers and a reply accepting ammended terms is accepted. Should items be removed, or short-packed in an assortment pre-order prices may be subject to change.
  2. If an item is canceled by the manufacturer, we will contact all customers who have pre-ordered as soon as possible. This is a rare occurance, but again is completely at the discretion of the manufacturer of the product line.
  3. We reserve the right to limit quantities. In these cases we will indicate the limits imposed on the appropriate product pages. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
  4. In the case of rare, or limited availability items orders will be processed in the order in which they were receieved. If we are unable to fulfil any customer orders we will contact the customers concerned by email as soon as possible, providing the option to cancel the order or to keep it on pre-order if we are expecting additional stocks.
  5. Payment for pre-orders must be received prior to goods being dispatched (this can be in the form of credit/debit card details being provided at time of ordering or the receipt of a cheque prior to the in-stock date of the item).
  6. We will attempt to indicate the likely 'in-stock' date of each pre-order item on the relevant product pages, however these dates are frequently subject to change (again at the discretion of the manufacturer or wholesaler).
  7. Orders containing both 'pre-order' and 'in-stock' items will be charged only one shipping charge, however we may (at managements discretion) send items on multiple deliveries. In these cases any additional shipping services (such as express delivery) will apply to one consignment from the order only. Additional packages will be sent via our Standard Delivery service.
  8. The ordering of items marked as a 'pre-order' is considered an acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are linked from all 'pre-order' product pages. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Popcorn fully support the regulations set down by the Office Of Fair Trading with regard to refunding goods. Under The Distance Selling Act 2000, all customers from have the right to return goods (within the legal cooling off period of 7 days) for a full refund of goods. Unless returns are made as a result of mistakes by or faults or damage covered by or manufacturer's guarantee the cost of returning goods will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In the case of goods that are not faulty, goods must be returned as new in the packaging and with the labels with which they were supplied.
