Shortys Silverados help you distinguish the front of your board from the back. Shortys bolts have smaller heads for less stress on your board and less weight. The top half is not threaded to make them stronger. Use Shortys 1 inch with out risers or very thin risers, use 1 1/8 bolts with 1/8 or 1/4 inch riser pads and use 1 1/4 inch bolts with bolts with 1/8 or 1/4 riser pads for best results inch
